Built with businesses for the office for the field in Alberta

Your work. Our AI. Built together.

Onsite Intelligence partners with the businesses that actually do the work to build AI products that fit it. You bring the operational understanding. We bring the AI engineering.

We run our own models on dedicated GPUs rather than calling somebody else's API. Your data is processed in Canada, and it never reaches a public AI service.

What we do

AI products for the businesses that do the work

We partner with businesses — in the office and in the field, in any industry where AI can earn its keep.

Built with you, not at you

Every product starts inside the business that will use it. You bring the operational understanding. We bring the AI engineering.

How we work
One person explaining how their operation runs while another takes notes

No assumptions

We don't pretend to know your work better than you do. We listen, we learn, then we build — and we measure it against the real thing.

We run the models ourselves

We control the weights, the prompts, and the data pipeline, and run them on GPUs dedicated to us. Processing stays in Canada. Not a wrapper around someone else's API.

About us
Our work

Examples, not limits

Products built with businesses in their field. They show the approach — they don't define its boundary.

An AI office for trades businesses

FirstVisitAI is a complete platform for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, furnace, fireplace, handyman, and renovation businesses — scheduling, CRM, invoicing, and accounting built in. Two AI Helpers come with it — one for the office, one for each tech in the field — that your team talks to to get the work done. Everything they can do is also on an ordinary screen.

Pump jack on an oil and gas lease at dusk

Operational intelligence for oil & gas crews

KnowledgeBox-AI gives field teams instant access to safety procedures, equipment manuals, maintenance history, and the institutional knowledge that usually walks out the door when someone retires. Built for the rig floor, not the office — and designed to run on edge hardware over Starlink so it works wherever your crews work.

KnowledgeBox-AI
Detail of a surveyed site plan drawing

Third-party consent lists from survey plans

Thirds reads an Alberta pipeline or wellsite survey plan, finds the third-party facilities the project interacts with, measures every distance that matters, applies the AER and CER rules, and produces the consent list — with every line traceable back to the place on the plan it came from. Built for land services firms.

Thirds
Why us

What most AI companies can't tell you

Private

We run our own models on GPUs dedicated to us rather than sending your work to a public AI service. Lower latency, predictable cost, and no third-party data exposure.

Canadian

Alberta-based and Canadian-owned. Data is processed and stored in Canada. Built for Canadian businesses first.

Proven

Every product tested in real workflows by the people who'll actually use it, and measured against the work they already do. No demoware.

What to expect

How working with us works

01

We come and watch

Before anything is proposed, we sit with the people doing the job and learn how it actually runs — including the parts that never made it into a process document.

02

Discovery, and an honest answer

We test what can be tested and tell you what we found — including when the answer is that a piece of it isn't worth building yet. You get the findings either way.

03

Built in stages, measured at each one

The parts carrying the most uncertainty get built and measured first, while there's still room to change direction. Progress is visible as it happens, not presented at the end.

04

Validated against your own work

Acceptance is measured by running your real jobs through it and comparing the output to what your team already produced. Some of it is held back so the final test is on work the system has never seen.

Have a problem in your industry?

We work with businesses in the office and in the field, partners we can build alongside, and firms with hard problems worth looking at. If any of that sounds like you, send us a note.
