Provide and operate the FirstVisitAI service, including AI-powered call handling, scheduling, quoting, and invoicing
Generate reports and analytics for your business dashboard
Improve our AI models and service quality
Communicate with you about your account and service updates

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with:

The trades company you are contacting or that operates the service (your service provider)
AI model providers for processing conversations and generating responses
Third-party integrations you authorize (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
Service providers necessary for platform operation (hosting, email delivery)

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

Session data, including conversation transcripts and uploaded media, is retained for the duration of the subscribing company's active subscription. Account data is retained until you request deletion or your account is terminated. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

Onsite Intelligence Inc. is a Canadian company and complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
