By accessing or using FirstVisitAI or any other product provided by Onsite Intelligence Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
FirstVisitAI is an AI-powered office assistant for trades and field service companies. The service may include call handling, appointment scheduling, quote generation, invoice creation, and customer communication features. We integrate with third-party platforms such as Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro to provide these services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to transmit spam, harass individuals, or misrepresent your identity. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms used by our AI systems.
All content, software, and technology comprising the FirstVisitAI platform are owned by Onsite Intelligence Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our products or the content you access through them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsite Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before acting upon them.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to our systems or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
