About Onsite Intelligence
Onsite Intelligence is an Alberta-based company building AI for trades businesses. Our first product is FirstVisitAI — an AI field and office assistant we call your Helper.
We started because we saw the same problem everywhere in the trades: skilled people spending their evenings doing office work instead of being with their families. Missed calls turning into missed jobs. Paperwork piling up. Good businesses held back by admin, not ability.
What We Build
Your Helper is an AI assistant that handles the office and field side of your business so you don't have to. It answers customer calls 24/7, books and reschedules appointments, sends quotes, generates invoices, follows up with customers, and remembers every job you've ever done — all branded to your company.
It plugs into Jobber and works with your existing setup. Your customers talk to your Helper like they'd talk to your office staff. They never know it's AI — and you never have to do paperwork at 9pm again.
FirstVisitAI Beta Launching May 2026
We're currently in beta testing with trades companies in the Edmonton area. If you're a plumber, HVAC tech, electrician, or general contractor who's tired of doing office work after hours, we'd love to talk.

Our users are plumbers, electricians, and HVAC techs — not software engineers. If it's not simple enough to use between jobs, it's not good enough. We don't ask you to change how you work. We build the tool to fit how you already work.
